Energy efficiency audits and certification of buildings
We are being accredited in the register of persons performing audits of the energy efficiency and certification of buildings, energy efficiency check of heating installations with water-heating boilers and of air-conditioning installations in buildings, evaluation of the compliance of investment designs of buildings in terms of the energy efficiency requirements and preparation of an evaluation of energy savings in accordance with Article 43, Paragraph 1 and Article 54, Paragraph 1 of the Energy Efficiency Act, we are able to provide the following services:
Preparation of evaluations for compliance in the “Energy Efficiency” part of investment designs under Article 169, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 6 of the Spatial Development Act required upon the drawing-up of a draft, technical or working design.
Preparation of a Certificate of design energy characteristics of new buildings prior to the putting into operation thereof.
Audit and certification of buildings and issue of a Certificate of Energy Characteristics of a Building in Operation.
Preparation of an evaluation report for achieved energy savings from implemented energy saving measures and activities.
Energy efficiency audit of heating installations with water-heating boilers over 70 kW.
Energy efficiency audit of air-conditioning installations having nominal power of more than 70 kW.
Preparation of an evaluation of the energy savings as a result from performed measures for increasing the energy efficiency of heating installations with water-heating boilers and air-conditioning installations and issue of certificates of energy savings under Article 74 of the Energy Efficiency Act.
Energy efficiency audits of industrial systems
We are being accredited in the register of persons performing an energy efficiency audit and preparation of an evaluation of energy savings of enterprises, industrial systems and external artificial lighting systems in accordance with Article 59, Paragraph 1 of the Energy Efficiency Act, we are able to provide the following services:
Energy efficiency audit of industrial systems obligated under Article 57 of the Energy Efficiency Act (ZEE).
Preparation of reports on energy audits of farmers for filing applications under measure:
- 4.1. “Investments in agricultural holdings” of Operational Programme for Rural Development 2014-2020.
4.2. “Investments in processing/marketing of agricultural products” under Operational Programme for Rural Development 2014-2020.
Preparation of reports on energy audits for filing an application under Competitiveness “Energy Efficiency of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”
Preparation and submission to the Sustainable Energy Development Agency (SEDA) of all documents required for the issue of a Certificate of Energy Savings.
Energy efficiency audit of external artificial lighting systems under the Energy Efficiency Act located in a populated area having a population exceeding 20 000 people.

For 15 years of work in the energy efficiency we have audited more than 2 100 projects: public and administrative buildings, universities, schools, kindergartens, multifamily residential homes, small, medium-sized and large enterprises, agricultural holdings (farms), etc.
